1) What types of pet products do you offer?

We aim to offer a wide range of pet products including toys, grooming supplies, bedding, and more for dogs, cats, birds, fish, and other small animals.

2) How can I place an order on your website?

To place an order on our website, simply browse our product selection, add the items you want to purchase to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will be asked to provide your shipping information and payment details.

3) How long does it take to ship?

We process orders as soon as possible, usually within 1-3 days of receiving the order for 80% orders, 4-8 days for 15% orders, and over 8 days for 5% orders (Due to the pandemic, lack of stock, customs inspection, etc.).

Note that shipping is around 5-10 days (around 15-20 days in rare cases)

4) How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log into your account on our website to track your order status.
