ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • During peak periods or high order volumes, processing may take up to 5 business days.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
  • If we encounter any issues with your order, we will contact you via email or phone as soon as possible

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

  • We currently ship to addresses within Canada only.
  • We do not offer international shipping at this time.

SHIPPING RATES & FREE SHIPPING

  • Free Standard Shipping is available on all orders over $50 CAD (before taxes and discounts).
  • For orders under $50 CAD, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
  • Expedited options may be available at an additional cost and will be displayed at checkout.

DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Delivery times vary depending on location and carrier. Typical timelines are:

  • Major Canadian cities: 2–7 business days after dispatch.

  • Remote or rural areas: 7–14 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may vary due to various factors, such as weather, customs, or carrier performance

SHIPPING METHODS & CARRIERS

  • We use a variety of shipping methods and carriers.
  • We will choose the shipping method and carrier that we believe is best suited for your shipment, based on factors such as delivery time, cost, and reliability.

TRACKING & NOTIFICATIONS

  • A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has shipped.
  • You can track your shipment through the carrier’s website.
  • If you do not receive tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@petzienmilo.com.

DELIVERY & SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS

  • Delivery will be made to the shipping address specified during checkout
  • Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery, depending on the shipping method, destination, and value of the shipment
  • Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address as a signature may be requested upon delivery. If an authorized person is not able to sign for your delivery the driver will leave a card and the delivery will be returned to the nearest collection center for you to collect.

RISK OF LOSS & DELAYS

  • Risk of loss transfers to you once the package is handed over to the shipping carrier.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
  • If your package is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate. Refunds or replacements will be offered at our discretion.

RECEIVING YOUR SHIPMENT

  • We recommend that you inspect your shipment upon receipt, and report any damages, shortages, or errors to us within 72 hours
  • If the shipment is damaged, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately
  • If the shipment is accepted, you agree to release us from any liability for damages, losses, or claims related to the shipment

CANCELLING OR CHANGING SHIPMENT

  • You may cancel or change your shipment at any time before it is processed & shipped, by contacting us at info@petzienmilo.com
  • Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed and shipped.
  • If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order is in fulfillment.
