SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME

Delivery time will vary depending on the destination at checkout.

We will provide you with an estimated shipping cost and taxes during the checkout process.

Actual delivery time may vary due to various factors, such as weather, customs, or carrier performance.

We are not responsible for any additional costs, such as taxes, duties, or fees, that may apply to your shipment.

You will be responsible for paying any additional costs or fees related if you choose DHL.

Shipping costs are USD $5.00. Waiving them is possible if you buy 2+ items.

ORDER PROCESSING

We process orders as soon as possible, usually within 1-3 days of receiving the order for 80% orders, 4-8 days for 15% orders, and over 8 days for 5% orders (Due to the pandemic, lack of stock, customs inspection, etc.).

Shipping is around 5-10 days (around 15-20 days in rare cases).

We will provide you with a tracking number for your shipment, and you may track your order on our website or with the shipping carrier.

If we encounter any issues with your order, we will contact you via email or phone as soon as possible.

We use a variety of shipping methods and carriers.

We will choose the shipping method and carrier that we believe is best suited for your shipment, based on factors such as delivery time, cost, and reliability.

DELIVERY SIGNATURE REQUIREMENTS

Delivery will be made to the shipping address specified during checkout.

Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery, depending on the shipping method, destination, and value of the shipment.

Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address as a signature will be requested upon delivery. If an authorized person is not able to sign for your delivery the driver will leave a card and the delivery will be returned to the nearest collection center for you to collect.

RECEIVING YOUR SHIPMENT

We recommend that you inspect your shipment upon receipt, and report any damages, shortages, or errors to us within 72 hours.

If the shipment is damaged, please refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.

If the shipment is accepted, you agree to release us from any liability for damages, losses, or claims related to the shipment.

If the shipment is lost or delayed, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

CANCELLING OR CHANGING SHIPMENT

You may cancel or change your shipment at any time before it is shipped, by contacting us at info@petzienmilo.com

We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or change your shipment once it has been shipped, and you may be responsible for shipping costs and fees.
