RETURNS

We offer free return shipping within Canada on all eligible returns. Please contact us at info@petzienmilo.com to receive a prepaid return label.

  • Eligibility: You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, products that show signs of pet hair, odors, damage, or wear cannot be accepted.
  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order confirmation or receipt is required for all returns.
  • Exclusions: Sale items, clearance items, digital products, and gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.

REFUNDS

Refund Process: Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, though processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

Partial Refunds: In some cases, we may issue a partial refund for items not in their original condition, items that are damaged, or items missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are available subject to stock availability. If the requested item is not available, we’ll issue a refund instead.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, and you must follow the return process.
